2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Minimum Requirements
- You must be at least 21 years of age
- You must be a legal resident of the UAE or an eligible jurisdiction
- You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
2.2 KYC Requirements
In compliance with SCA regulations and UAE AML laws, you must provide:

- Source of funds declaration
- Additional documentation as required by our compliance procedures

All accounts are subject to verification procedures in accordance with:

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
